DESCRIPTION

We meet at Reine Paddling // The boutique home of Catogården. The guide welcome you, and introduce you to the other participants. You get a safety instruction, and get a life west, sprayskirt, paddle and if you like: a storm jacket to keep driplets away. You’ll learn efficient paddling technique. We adjust the kayak so that it will fit perfect for you, and then we go kayaking the fjords of Reine!

HERE IS SOME PRACTICAL INFO

Adress: Sverdrupsvei 9, 8390 Reine. Tlf: +47 99223228 You will find us on Google map. And don’t stress: it is enough to arrive 5 minutes before – we start on time. Park your car on the official parking of Reine, or park outside of our hotel if spaces. Dress for the weather: Warm clothes. We suggest wool or thermal underwear under your clothes, a thick sweater and a beanie to keep you warm. We sell eco snacks and bottles of water in our small shop, but feel free to bring your own.

Bring your own dry bag for your camera or ask the guide to take pictures of you. No previous kayaking experience is required: instructions will be provided. If you have any special needs or anything you think the guide should be aware of, feel free to tell it to your guide. We are here for you.
Our nature guides are licenced and we are a local sustainable company. The team are both local and international kayakers.

If CANCELLATION

You can cancell for free with a full refund up to 24 hours before the trip understand as we easily understand that plans may change. We usually do not cancel tours due to overcast skies or scattered showers (the seas are often especially calm and pleasant during light rain), but we do cancel trips for strong winds or storms. We will call or message you if we are canceling the trip due to weather and give you a choice of either rescheduling
or receiving a full refund.

We need minimum 2 participants to start the trip.
